BOOKINGS
As a valued client of Rubyroom we reserve the appointments especially for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend.
While we understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, a late cancellation or missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources.
Any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
If you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be credited to your account.
All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 3 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling the appointment.
DEPOSITS
To confirm your booking, we require non-refundable deposits, which can be paid online or in person at the salon.
Your deposit will be credited towards your treatment cost at the salon.
All bookings necessitate a 50% deposit.
Any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
If you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be credited to your account.
For prepaid treatments or those part of a treatment plan, one treatment will be deducted from your plan for any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows.
LATE ARRIVALS
Although we do try our best, we, unfortunately, cannot always accommodate late arrivals.
Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time.
Please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited.
If treatments are prepaid or part of a treatment plan, one treatment will be subtracted from your plan.

REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds on products and gift vouchers if you change your mind.

PAYMENTS
We accept EFTPOS, Visa Card and Master Card.
GIFT VOUCHERS
All vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. If not redeemed within a 12 month period, the voucher will convert to a dollar amount equivalent to the treatments value at the time of purchase.
